weasy print dependencies

i deploy the django project on circumeo and i uses weasy print lib. to generate pdf but this library needs some dependencies to work like "libpango1.0-0 libgdk-pixbuf2.0-0 libcairo2" if ity to install this from cirecumo shell the command uses "sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install libpango1.0-0 libgdk-pixbuf2.0-0 libcairo2
" and i dont have privilege to run sudu on the shell , any help pls
